    You can prepare this delicious coconut milk whipped cream yourself in just 5 minutes. Then put it in the fridge overnight to set it up nicely – absolutely easy and very tasty!

    Ingredients for 4 servings

    For the whipped cream

    • 400 ml coconut milk – put the can upside down in the fridge overnight
    • ½ tsp vanilla powder
    • 1 pinch crystal salt

    Preparation

    Step 1

    For the whipped cream, take the coconut milk out of the fridge and separate the solid part from the milk (use the milk for something else).

    Step 2

    Put the solid part together with the vanilla powder and a little salt in a tall, cold container and beat with a hand mixer until you have a creamy, fluffy whipped cream.

    Eat it now or put it in the fridge overnight to set.
