A great summer dish to be served with corn chips as snack or alongside a fresh garden salad or your favourite Mexican meal.
2 large ripe avocadoes
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 small onion or shallot (optional)
2 tsp tlaxseed oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp VeggieD
1 tsp BearPaw Garlic
1 tsp Barley Life
Sea Salt to taste
. Finely chop the tomatoes and onion. Blend Avocadoes.
. Mix flaxseed oil, lemon juice, Garlic, VeggieD and BarleyLife and combine with avocado.
. Add tomatoes and onion, season with Sea Salt and lightly stir.
For some extra spice add a few drops of black pepper essential oil, or my favourite some cilandro essential oil.
